About Manolis
Manolis Michelakakis is a Cretan whose great-grandfather built Villa Alexandrou — the 19th-century stone mansion in Kalamitsi Alexandrou. After years of careful restoration, he opened the villa to guests who share his love of authentic Cretan life, slow living, and deep work.
He personally oversees every stay and responds to all enquiries himself. When you contact Villa Alexandrou, you talk directly to the host.
